Return & Refund Policy

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unopened & unused.

• You must provide the order number or other proof of purchase.

 

If you would like an exchange, please note that if the item is exchanged with one of greater value the consumer will pay the difference in price. If the item is of lesser value we, the company, will refund the difference.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns on orders over $60.

If you are dissatisfied with your product and would like a refund, please contact us at contact@wrigglebrew.com with a description of why you are unhappy with your WriggleBrew product. You must send an email to be considered for refund. PRAG LLC withholds all rights to deny refunds of an opened or otherwise damaged product for any reason.
